MASTERCRETE M-81 is a single component 100% acrylic polymer admixture specially developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. When it is used with combinations with standard quality of ordinary Portland cement, it enhances the mechanical properties such as bonding (adhesion) with various building materials, flexural, compression and impact strength. It improves the thin section fragility of cement when used as coating.
1. As a bond coat (1:1 ratio) - 40 - 45 sq. ft./ 1 coat (it may vary depending upon the substrate)
2. As a coating (2:1 ratio) - 25-30 sq. ft./ 2 coats

RDL-910 (Gun Grade) is a non-sag material used for sealing of horizontal, vertical & ceiling joints. TECHSEAL RDL 910 are two component sealant based on ‘THIOKOL’ – Polysulphide liquid elastomer. It consists of a ‘base’ compound and ‘accelerator’ (Curing Agent). When the two components are mixed together prior to application, a chemical reaction is initiated which cures instantly to a firm, flexible rubber like seal with excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, acrylic and PVC plastics. It is capable of withstanding repeated extension, compression & cyclic movements without the loss of adhesion and resists deterioration by weathering, sunlight, ozone, water, salt, oils and fuels. It is far superior to all the conventional joint sealing material like bitumen, mastics, metallic channels and expansion sheets

Service Details:

TECHOXY-3 is a two component epoxy resin based waterproofing compound. One part consists of epoxy resin and the other part of curing agent. After mixing both the parts, it can be thinned down with water. It possesses all the attributes of normal solvent based epoxy compositions such as excellent water and chemical resistance, adhesion, hardness, toughness and mechanical strength. One of the major advantages of Techoxy-3 over solvent based epoxy is that it can be applied on damp surface also. Being free from solvents, it does not pose any health hazard to the applicator. MASTERBOND HACK AID is a unique single pack polymeric solution that strengthens the bond between plaster and new and old concrete effectively.

TECHFOAM PU-103 is a two-component, phthalate free, hydrophobic, polyurethane injection grout to be used as water stop. Techfoam PU-103 is solvent free and MDI-based water reactive polyurethane injection foam. It reacts ONLY with water forming a semi-rigid hydrophobic seal. It expands over 30 times of its original volume when brought in contact with water.
