SuperThermoLay® is an uniquely formulated pre-fabricated plastomeric waterproofing membrane with spun bonded polyester mat at its core. SuperThermoLay® has an excellent resistance to weather and ageing. The core of 160 gsm spun bonded non-woven polyester mat offers an excellent tensile strength, elongation and a superior lap joint strength.

roofs, reservoirs, basements, basement roof, sunken slabs, terrace garden, car parking, tunnels and bridge decks.

ShaliSeal® PS PG is two component, polysulphide polymer based, UV resistant, flexible, tear resistant, rubbery, self-leveling, pourable, non-staining sealant, which adheres to most of building materials like cementitious substrates, aluminum, glass, wood, mild steel etc. ShaliSeal® PS PG cures at ambient temperature, has excellent recovery characteristics after extended period of compression / elongation with outstanding resistance to most chemicals, weather conditions, aging and shrinkage.

SuperSilverShield® is an anti-corrosive, water proofing paint with aluminium finishSuperSilverShield® is composed of oxidized bitumen, solvents and specially formulated aluminum compound.

ApplicationSuperSilverShield® is used as a protective coating on iron, steel, masonry and other surfaces.Advantages• Deflects UV rays and thus prevents degradation of membrane due to exposure to sunlight.• Facilitates heat insulation.Application Methodology➢ Surface Preparation• Remove dust, flakes, oil, grease or other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface before applying SuperSilverShield®.• Undercoat is not necessary for its application.➢ Material Preparation• Stir SuperSilverShield® by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure thorough dispersion of aluminium for a uniform finish.➢ Application of Material• Apply SuperSilverShield® on the prepared surface by brush.• Allow it to dry for 5 hr.• SuperSilverShield® can be applied over old painted surfaces without burning off or scraping, provided the old surface is not in a flaky condition.
